Shipping Policy

Dispatch | Delivery time line :  Once you have done the payment, changes to the order or refund will not be possible. Orders will be shipped only after receiving payment completion receipt. Only the available sarees will be shipped within 2-4 Business days once we received payment. Pre order sarees will take the respective time as clearly mentioned in the description.Please allow us the time we require to dispatch.

Once the product is ready to dispatch it will be picked up by the courier company and Delivery will be done within 10 business days.

International delivery will be done within 10-15 business days.

We ship world-wide; Within India its Rs.100 per saree Through Speed Post / Bluedart / proffessional couriers / DTDC  for purchases ( Tend to Change according to the Delivery Pincode )

Shipping overseas by DHL will cost you additional at actuals. Any additional customs or import duty/octroi/local charges or other levies in your country/location will have to be borne by you.Kindly note that all prices we quote are for shipping are in INR.

We will Email the tracking number for all the orders immediately the courier company sends the respective tracking number.

Pre Sale Questions

“How long will my orders take to get delivered ?”

It would take us 2 to 4 days to dispatch the product after receiving full payment. Once the product has been dispatched it would take 10 business days to deliver the product ( excluding Saturday, Sunday and government holidays).

Handloom and hand block products: it would take us 7 to 10 days to dispatch the product and it would take 15 to 20 business days to deliver the product( excluding Saturday, Sunday and government holidays).

Orders with international shipping may take about 15 to 20 days to get delivered.

“What modes of payments are available at Ishvari Women's World ?”

We provide Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Net Banking Facility.

“Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed ?”

Only for Domestic orders – if you want to change/modify the shipping address (from one address to another address in India only), you can contact our customer care requesting to change/modify the shipping address and we can change it, provided the order is not in transit. For international orders, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

“How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?”

We value our customer’s safety and privacy to the maximum. All your transactions and payments are processed in a secure environment, complying with the industry standards.

“Can my billing address and shipping address be different ?”

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.

“Where are you based ?”

We are based in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, and all products are shipped from there.
